The grounds of appeal are examined.

Based on its stated reasoning, the lower court maintained the first instance judgment that acquitted Defendants of the instant facts charged (excluding the portion of conviction) on the ground that there was no proof of crime.

The judgment below

In light of the records, the above determination by the court below is acceptable. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the relevant legal principles.

B. A prosecutor appealed to the entire judgment of the court below, but there is no evidence of objection against the guilty portion in the final appeal and the reasons for the final appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
