A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

10,000,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 2008, the Defendant received money and valuables under the pretext of having the representative director I know about the company representative director who operates a cosmetic-making business, which is a cosmetic-making business, and he received money and valuables from I to the persons related to the military, and let him deliver cosmetics to the military PX.

Accordingly, on September 201, 201, the Defendant: “I would like to request the persons related to the National Welfare Group to supply H cosmetics to the PX of the military unit. To do so, the Defendant would need to first bear the expenses, and then I received KRW 50 million in cash from I at the K hotel parking lot located in Gangnam-gu Seoul J around that time.

As a result, the defendant received 50 million won as to the referral of matters belonging to public officials' duties.

2. On December 2012, the Defendant: (a) came to know of LA specialized in corporate M&A with regard to the supply of munitions; and (b) made it possible for him/her to promote LA’s listing to engage in the acquisition of munitions while putting him/her over with persons related to the armed forces, etc.; and (c) made him/her receive money and valuables under the pretext, such as giving it to those who are related to the Defense Acquisition Program Administration so that the listed companies subject to the acquisition may deliver munitions to the Defense Acquisition Program Administration;

On August 2013, L entered into a contract to acquire a securities-listed corporation, which entered into a contract, and L means that "A contract to receive supplies from the Defense Acquisition Program Administration while operating the carbon plastic business at the listing company to be acquired, or if the development of the product is selected as a national research task, it is possible to obtain a large amount of benefits from the stock price to the related persons, so it is intended to select military payment or national research tasks at the request of the Defense Acquisition Program Administration. To do so, the defendant shall work in advance to the related persons of the Defense Acquisition Program Administration, and it is called that "the amount of KRW 50,000,000,000,000 won is changed from L, which is operated by the defendant in the sixth floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Nbuilding."
