Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2017, the Defendant was a member of the local reserve forces belonging to the four units of diving room, and was unable to attend the training call in the name of the second unit commander of the 6019 unit unit of the 2 unit of the 6019 unit of the 2nd unit of the 2nd unit of the 2nd unit of the 2nd unit of the 2nd unit of the 2017 unit of the 209dong and 1601 unit of the 201 unit of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on June 15, 2017.
