A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 20, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for aiding and abetting, one year of suspended execution, and one year of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud at the Daejeon District Court on June 20, 2019, and had a record of the judgment on the 28th day of the same month.

2. Around September 2019, the Defendant received a proposal from a name unclaimed box (hereinafter “C”, and crowdfunding “D”) to the effect that “Kwikset will provide documents or e-mail cards, and mainly deliver documents or e-mail cards,” and began the above tasks from that time.”

The Defendant came to know that most of the goods to be delivered in the course of performing his duties under the specific direction of the above “C” were physical cards. On October 2019, the Defendant, upon receiving a proposal from “C” to “C” to “C with a physical card and withdraw cash,” and, at the same time, was aware that the Defendant would engage in a work related to the so-called “Skwikset”, he was able to receive high allowances, and committed the following crimes.

On October 18, 2019, an employee in charge of the fraudulent aiding and abetting organization’s name in the name of the victim E was transferred 2,00,000 won to the K Bank account (L) account under the name of J on the same day from October 19, 201, and MN Bank account (O,6,000,000,000 won, and KRW 14,000,000,000,000 from the victim’s account under the name of J on the same day.
