A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, the Incheon Seo-gu, Incheon, the Defendant’s residence, and (b) around 21:202, the Incheon District Public Prosecutor’s Office No. 8095, which is a public document, using the first prepared rank in advance, and (c) the investigation results and opinions written by the judicial police officer of the case, which are stated in the notice of transfer of the above case.
