Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 3, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on April 3, 2007, and on April 14, 2010, the Defendant had been sentenced to a fine of two million won or more for the same crime and had been sentenced to a fine of two million won or more for the same crime.

On March 26, 2016, at around 02:41, the Defendant driven a BWD car with approximately 500m alcohol concentration of 0.103% in blood without a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol from the front corner of Paris Bacheon-dong, Dongcheon-si to the southyang 3-1 of 76-ro, Dong-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Nam-si.
