A Imprisonment of one year and six months, each of the defendants, limited liability companies B, and limited liability companies C shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

A The actual operators, B, and C of limited liability companies and limited liability companies are corporations with the purpose of each cargo forwarding business.

1. Defendant A

A. On February 1, 2010, the Defendant: (a) registered the model code number on the vehicle management information system as if he/she did not scrap the existing vehicle to H (the death on July 17, 2012), which is an employee in charge of the GM, from the early police officer, to request the Defendant to increase the supply-restricted vehicle by registering the model code number on the vehicle management information system, as if he/she did not scrap the existing vehicle.

On February 8, 2010, the above H had access to the car management system at the Naju-dong 11100-dong, B, and the G-type office, and had been registered as a towing special vehicle with limited automobile number after receiving an application for the lease and lease of the I-Powered Motor Vehicle B, a special purpose truck permitted to be supplied upon the Defendant’s request, and then having been registered as the type of the vehicle with limited automobile number. From that time to December 28, 201, the above H used the car as shown in the attached Table (2) and (4) of the crime list by December 28, 201, even though it did not scrap the existing vehicle for the 15-party truck under the name of the limited company and the limited company C, it was registered as a new truck.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) laid down a public-electronic vehicle management information system, which is a public-electronic record, by inputting a special-use-type truck into a general-use truck, with the aim of hindering the Defendant to perform his/her duties; and (b) instigated the Defendant to store and keep it in the same place around that time.
