Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On November 16, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) at the Changwon District Court on January 2, 2014, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on January 2, 2014. On October 6, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Busan District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 14, 2015. On April 21, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a special injury at the Busan District Court and became final and conclusive on August 12, 2016.

D On July 6, 2016, the Busan District Court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 6 months and 2 years of suspension of execution on the 14th of the same month, and the judgment was finalized on the 14th of the same month.
[Criminal facts]
1. Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C’s special injury: (a) based on the major import of entertainment establishments and entertainment rooms in regions, such as Kim Jong-si, Ma-dong, etc.; (b) took the lead by the regional violence organizations of Kimhae-si; and (c) took part in various interests to secure economic benefits by using them; (d) Defendant B and Defendant C are members of the three-way organized organized violent crime groups; and (e) Defendant B and Defendant C are engaged in the following acts: L (the suspension of prosecution on April 17, 2017) which are the action unit for Defendant A and the said three-dimensional defense (the suspension of prosecution on April 17, 2017).
