Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who occupies or uses public waters without obtaining an occupancy or use permit of the public waters shall remove facilities, etc. established on the relevant public waters, recover the relevant public waters, and the management agency of public waters may order reinstatement within a fixed period, and the person liable to reinstate shall comply with the order of reinstatement.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

A. On April 25, 2013, an order was issued to reinstate a temporary building, etc. installed without permission from the new Heungdong community service center on the public waters adjacent to B at the time of resident registration, by June 4, 2013, but the order was not complied with; and

B. On June 18, 2013, an order was issued to reinstate a temporary building, etc. installed without obtaining permission from the new Heungdong community service center, which was installed on the adjacent public waters B, by July 4, 2013, but did not comply with the order to reinstate it; and

C. On August 21, 2013, an order was issued to reinstate a temporary building, etc. installed without permission from a permanent viewing from a public waters adjacent to B at the time of resident registration, even though it was ordered to remove it and reinstate it until September 13, 2013; and

D. On September 11, 2013, an order was issued to reinstate a temporary building, etc. which was installed without permission from a permanent viewing from a public waters adjacent to B at the time of resident stay, even if it was ordered to remove it and reinstate it until October 21, 2013; and

E. On October 22, 2013, the order was not complied with even if the order was issued to reinstate the temporary building, etc. installed without obtaining the above permission on the adjacent public waters B from the resident viewing on October 22, 2013, to reinstate it by December 10, 2013; and
