A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 14, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a license and without obtaining a driver’s license, was driving a vehicle B from any road located in the Jeonju-si, Jeonju-si to the road near 225-gu, Jeonju-si, with no driver’s license on July 14, 2017.

At that time, the Defendant continued to run the Korea Customs Service on the front side of Samcheon-do, and the Defendant neglected the duty of care to operate the front line, and did not discover the victim C’s DD Round which was parked on the right side of the last line, and received the back part of the Defendant’s vehicle as the front line.

As a result, even though the defendant damaged the repair cost equivalent to KRW 548,020, such as the exchange of the above vans following the vans, he left the scene without providing his personal information to the victim.

2. After committing the crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment as seen above, the Defendant had the police attend the police and ask for a demand, and had the remainder of his wife, who had had a large number of same kinds of force, undergo an investigation. The Defendant had the remaining wife attend the police station of the previous week and undergo an investigation.
