A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 19, 2012, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act by receiving a summary order of KRW 8 million with a fine of KRW 1 million due to a violation of road traffic laws (driving) from the support of the Suwon-gu Suwon District Court on November 19, 2012.

On July 22, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle on July 22, 2015, driven the EK7 motor vehicle at a section of about 4km from the road in the gambane in the city of light to the road in the front of the gambane tunnel in the city of light-time, in the state of alcohol concentration of 0.07% from the blood alcohol level.
