1. At around 13:40 on July 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened and intrudeed a string door door that was not set up at the victim’s house located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City C apartment D; and (b) cited military blue booming bags containing the victim’s wall, cash, 70,000 won, Onnuri gift certificate, 11, driver’s license, three copies of credit card, two copies of passbook, etc.
As a result, the defendant intrudes on the victim's residence, was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times for the crime of Articles 329 through 331 of the Criminal Act or the attempted crime, and again stolen the victim's property within three years after the execution of the last sentence is completed.
2. At around 13:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened and intrudeed a gate that was not locked when the victim’s house located in the said C Apartment F, and found stolen objects; (b) discovered the victim’s house, and later, asked the victim’s house to be “I am GC ambi ambi ambi ambi” as it was found to have been wrong.
As a result, the defendant intrudes upon the victim's residence, was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor due to the crime or attempted crime of Articles 329 through 331 of the Criminal Code, and tried to steal the victim's property again within three years after the execution of the last sentence was completed, and attempted to steal the victim's property again.
3. The Defendant committed a crime against the victim H at around 13:15 on the same day.
