1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A Co., Ltd.: 305,369,949 won and its among them, 199,50,000 won, respectively.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On April 1, 2005, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants with the Daegu District Court 2004Kadan122793, which sought the payment of the acquisition amount, and rendered a judgment at the Daegu District Court, which became final and conclusive around that time.

1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A shall pay 307,346,905 won and, among them, 1) 9,500,000 won per annum from December 31, 2003 to January 4, 2005; 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment; 3) 145,137,825 won with interest of 19% per annum from June 26, 2004 to January 4, 2005; and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment; and

B. Defendant B shall not exceed KRW 380,000,000 jointly and severally with Defendant A Co., Ltd.

payment of the money stated in the subsection;

C. The Seoul Southern Co., Ltd. is incorporated with Defendant A and incorporated with Defendant A.

Of the amount of port entry KRW 49,500,000 and interest thereon shall be paid 19% per annum from July 16, 2003 to January 4, 2005 and 20% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment;

D. The defendant Hochi Ltd. is incorporated with the defendant A and the defendant A.

Of the amount in the port entry, 50,000,000 won and the amount calculated by applying 19% per annum from August 1, 2003 to January 4, 2005 and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.

B. After the above judgment, the Defendants repaid KRW 1,976,956 to the Plaintiff, and the said money is subject to the above judgment.

2) The principal of the claim stated in paragraph (1) was partly repaid. C. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the purpose of the extension of the prescription period of the claim for judgment. Accordingly, the Defendants are liable to pay the Plaintiff the same money as indicated in the order.
