Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On November 25, 2013, around 14:50 on November 25, 2013, the Defendant stated “Name C, Resident Registration Number D, Yeongdeungpo-gu E 303, and mobile phone F” in the form of a bank transaction application without authority for the purpose of exercising it at a new bank located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and submitted to G, who is an employee of the said bank, the application form for bank transaction in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, signed in the signature

B. On December 5, 2013, at around 13:50, the Defendant, without authority, stated “accident loss, applicant C, account number H, address I apartment 908 in Gyeonggi-do, resident registration number D, and contact F” in the application form for the reissuance of passbook and submitted it to J, who is an employee of the said bank, for the purpose of exercising the right and duty at the Gwangju Nonghyup Bank located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, without authority.

2. Illegal uttering of official documents;

A. On November 25, 2013, around 14:50 on November 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) presented a bank transaction application to the new bank located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) presented his/her driver’s license to the holder C to the Commissioner of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency, which is an official document required by G to present his/her identification card; and (c) presented

B. On December 5, 2013, around 13:50 on December 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for the re-issuance of a passbook with the Gwangju District Bank located in Gwangju District; and (b) presented his/her driver’s license to the holder C as if he/she were the Defendant’s driver’s license; and (c) rejected the official document

C. On November 25, 2013, the Defendant filed an application for a loan of 2 million won with the Business Love Loan Co., Ltd. by telephone at the Defendant’s residence located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the Defendant himself/herself from the employees of the said company.
