1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of consultation on international conferences.

Defendant A is the number of individuals working in the name of “B” and Defendant A is the corporation established by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in the People’s Republic of China.

B. On August 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a performance contract, from D Group (Dro Group), the agent company of the Indonesia C Group, requested Defendant A to participate in the performance in E contact (E; hereinafter “instant performance”) held by the D Group on October 21, 2017.

Accordingly, on September 11, 2017, the Plaintiff consulted with Defendant A through the Defendant Company. As a result, the Plaintiff entered into a performance contract with the Defendant Company to contribute to the instant performance (hereinafter “instant performance contract”), and the main contents thereof are as follows.

On September 11, 2017, this Arrangement was concluded between the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “company”) located on the 67 and 1st century, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant Company (hereinafter referred to as “AE”) located in Hong Kong-gu, Hong Kong-ro 15 Pakistan 103.

With respect to the mutual commitments and agreements between the Parties, the following shall be applied:

Performance fees: Additional expenses (excluding value-added tax) for KRW 230,000,000 (value-added tax) (the additional expenses specified in Appendix I) shall be paid by September 20, 2017.
