A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

On February 16, 2016, at the defendant's house located in B apartment Nos. 104 and 506 at the time of light lighting around 04:0, the defendant returned home to the defendant's family located in B apartment house Nos. 104 and 506, and had been under the influence of alcohol from the injured party after returning home to the victim's (the spouse's 48 years old). The defendant expressed the victim's attitude that the kitchen knife, which is a dangerous object in the kitchen, was living in the kitchen, was 15cm in the inside of the kitchen (the knife length).
