Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2017, the Defendant driven C rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.112% from a 1km section from March 9, 2017 to the front road of the entrance of the B apartment at Sam-Jin Women's Middle School, which is located in 63-7-7, Tyunari-si, C, while under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.112%.
