1. The Defendant’s KRW 37,053,70 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from June 23, 2015 to November 23, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of designing and manufacturing automated machines, and the Defendant is a company established for the purpose of manufacturing, installing, and improving the process of recycling plants.

B. On October 14, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant for the production and installation of fuel storage facilities (hereinafter “instant facilities”) among the power generation facilities to be used in “C” from the Defendant. On October 24, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the manufacture and installation of the instant facilities (hereinafter “instant construction”) with regard to the contract amount of KRW 270,000,000 ( separate from value-added tax) and January 10, 2015 (hereinafter “instant contract”).

The main contents of the instant contract are as follows.

Contracts for the Purchase of Equipment (including Installation)

1. Construction name: Construction work for fuel supply, manufacture and installation (C);

2. Deadline of delivery: January 10, 2015 (Establishment and trial run).

3. Terms and conditions of supply: On-site arrival map (in the case of Seopo-si, Seopo-si).

4. Contract amount: Rilering0 million won (270,000,000); Additional tax Map.

5. Payment terms: Amount of KRW 54,000,000 (108,000); KRW 200,000,000 (54,000,000); KRW 54,000; KRW 54,000 after the completion of installation; KRW 54,000,000 (54,000,000); Payment after the completion of a trial operation;

6. Defects guarantee: A letter of intent to start the date of arrival between 38 months after delivery and 36 months after trial run.
