Punishment of the crime

At around 15:00 on September 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered a yellow ground wall in front of the front of the front of the front line while the Defendant was unable to discern things or make decisions due to intellectual disability and cerebral typhism; and (b) stolen cash 50,000 won, modern card 1, Daegu Bank Card 1, Daegu Bank Card 1, Agricultural Bank Card 1, resident registration certificate, and welfare card 1, etc.
