Defendant

A is under suspension of execution, after being sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment or 2 years of suspended execution on February 15, 2018 for violating the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, etc.) in the Daegu District Court and the Mayor of the Daegu District Court on February 7, 2018.

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of “D,” with a simple sckes and pressings installed in five rooms at the time of racing.

From June 2018 to March 12, 2019, the Defendant received 140,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from a large number of male customers who had found their places in the above business establishment from the unspecified number of male customers, and provided them with a room, and provided them with a room, and provided them with a sexual intercourse with the above customers by paying 80,000 won per customer.
