A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a B car;

On August 8, 2016, the Defendant driven the car with blood alcohol content of 0.195% on a blood alcohol concentration of 0.10% on August 8, 2016, and led the three-lane road in front of the Incheon Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Seoul to proceed about about 50km in time according to three-lanes from the shooting distance range to the view of active driving distance.

The Defendant: (a) while driving the said car under the influence of alcohol such as a string distance, while making it difficult for the Defendant to drive the said car at a time on the same lane; (b) took the front part of the victim D (n.e., 41 years old); (c) on the right side of the said car; (d) due to its shock, the victim F (n.e., 40 years old); (c) on the front part of the said car; (c) on the front part of the said car; (d) on the part of the victim F (n.e., 40 years old; (e., 56 years old); (d) on the front part of the said car; and (e) on the front part of the said car; (e) on the part of the said car; (e) on the part of the victim H (n.e., 2 weeks in front of the said car; and (e) on the part of the said 2 weeks in front of the said car; and (e) on the part of the said 2 weeks in front part of the said car.
