Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On February 18, 2017, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car at around 20:53, and driven the front road of the “D Hospital” in Seoul Central District, Jung-gu, Seoul, with two-lanes from the middle direction to the direction of the hill entrance of Thai-gu.

In such cases, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents, such as making a person engaged in the driving of a motor vehicle well look at the front side and the left side, and accurately operating the steering and brakes, etc.
