The defendant is a person who drives a shower car.

On May 22, 2014, at around 02:25, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.107% from the 1 kilometer section of approximately 1 kilometer up to the front day of the Young-gu, Daegu Mangsan-dong, Daegu Mangsan-do, to the same Gu 171 ropo-ro, and from the same Gu ropo-ro, to the front day of the Jinjin-gu store.
