Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Jeju District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 23, 2014.

A. (2) On February 5, 2014, around 5:00 p.m., the Defendant 200 p.m., after drinking alcohol to the F cafeteria located in Jeju-si, and found 15:0 p.m., the Defendant 200 p.m. to request the victim G (e.g., 52 years of age) who is the owner of the business to use the heat. (3) 피고인은 2014. 2. 23. 16:30분경 제주시 H에 있는 I편의점에서 소주를 구입하면서 소주 값보다 300원을 덜 지불하였고 편의점 아르바이트생인 J(여, 32세)이 술을 줄 수 없다고 하자 "썅년아, 내가 너네 사장 아는데 왜 (술) 안주냐!, 사장 불러!"라며 들고 있던 소주병으로 J을 때릴 듯이 하였고 J의 전화를 받고 온 편의점장인 피해자 K(남, 32세)이 이를 제지하자 "개새꺄, 씹새꺄, 너 죽이다"라고 욕설을 하며 약 30분간 위협적인 행동을 하여 피해자의 편의점 업무를 방해하였다.

(4) Around 20:00 on June 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the “N” entertainment hall operated by the victim L (n, 66 years of age) to the kitchen in which the victim is a confection; and (b) took a bath for the victim to “Sewn and two years of age.”

The defendant tried to leave the victim by pointing out the victim's "draw, salut, salut and saluting any drinking disease in the vicinity."
