Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On December 9, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special intimidation and two years of suspended sentence. The above judgment became final and conclusive on December 16, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. In the process of installing CCTV on July 18, 2016, the Defendant threatened the victim D (son, 42 years old) with the CCTV on July 18, 2016 in the south-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul (2017 high-level 82) around 17:55 on July 18, 2016, in the course of the installation of CCTV on which the victim D (son, 42 years old) had a dispute with each other, and as a result, it seems that the Defendant would be able to see that he/she would have come with a boom in the room.

2. Violation of the Punishment Act of Minor Offenses from September 3, 2016 to September 4, 2016 (2017 High Court Decision 146)

A. On September 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00 on September 3, 2016, around Dong-gu, south-gu, Dong-gu, the Defendant, through the fence fenced fenced fenced, “In the police station, the Defendant was uneasyed by the horses or actions, which are fluencing very roughly to go through the very rough and disorderly manner,” to E through a fenced fenced with the fenced door.

B. From September 15, 2016 to around 21:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) from around 21:04 on September 15, 2016 to around 21:10 on the same day, for the same reasons as the foregoing paragraph (a).
