A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. On May 24, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively, deadly weapons, etc.) committed a violation of the said Act on the following: (a) around 19:00, the Defendant discovered the victim’s returning home in the above E parking lot, and (b) determined that the victim “a person who causes boomed bruing to brut.” (a) was killed by the Defendant.
