Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
The Defendants respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 16:00 on January 1, 2014, the Defendants believe that “2014 high-level 809” Defendants were as follows: (a) at the front corridor of the fourth floor E-building in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu, about 16:0, the victim G, who is a forest manager of the Fridge, should have his two sons of H (34 years of age, inn), the FI (32 years of age, and inn), the victim G, who was a forest manager of the FIg association, deducted him for the purpose of transitioning, prevented him from spreading him and not giving him any breaths; (b) Defendant A was under the influence of alcohol; (c) Defendant A was scambling the victim’s fat; and (d) Defendant B also scam together with him at one time at the left side of the victim.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly committed violence to the victim.

1. On December 15, 2013, at around 14:20, Defendant B destroyed the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by sounding the victim’s her wife H and I with accommodation, such as the room room, etc., in the case where Defendant B, at around 14:20 on December 15, 2013, the victim G of the Daegu Dong-gu E building 401, and the victim’s reputation was damaged by openly pointing out false facts.
2. Defendant B, in violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., committed a violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., with the knowledge that all of his daughters would have been able to live in the studio near the church in which the said victim had been working
Accordingly, on December 1, 2013, Defendant B drafted a text message “Woo-gu, Daegu Suwon-gu, J, 10 Dong 401,” “Woo-gu, Handphones” using the Defendant’s handphones, and sent it to the victim’s handphone (K).
