Punishment of the crime

A person is not allowed to unlawfully use another person's resident registration number. On November 23, 2012, the Defendant denied D's resident registration number by arbitrarily entering and joining D's resident registration number that was known in advance while joining the Internet game wtp (htp:/www.hang.h.com.com) in the Defendant's residence located in Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul, as of November 23, 2012.
