Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to install emission facilities exceeding the scale prescribed by Presidential Decree among emission facilities not subject to permission shall report to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment.

Nevertheless, from August 2009 to November 13, 2012, the Defendant raised 11 head of cattle in 2 Dong, a livestock excreta discharge facility area of 194 square meters, without reporting to the competent authority in Yasan-si B.
