Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2012, at around 23:10 on August 23:10, 2012, the Defendant driven a breatob in the state of alcohol 0.163% of blood alcohol concentration at the section of approximately 1k from the police box in the Namdong-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do to the betastrogate located in the same Gusan-dong.
