[Criminal Power] The Defendant is a person who was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. and 2 years of suspended sentence on May 15, 2014 in the Daejeon District Court’s Incheon District Court’s Branch, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 23, 2014 and is currently under suspended sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Larceny;

A. The Defendant, from June 27, 2015 to around 13:30 on the same day, committed the crime against the victim C, committed a theft of six (6) iron plates in the original form equivalent to the sum of the market price of the victim C owned by the victim C from around 13:53 on June 27, 2015.

B. At around 14:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime against the victim Hong Food Co., Ltd., 468 Hong Food Co., Ltd.; (b) 3 plews in total amount equivalent to 60,000 won in the market price owned by the victim Hong Food Co., Ltd., Ltd., which were loaded at the same place, were stolen from the above cargo vehicle.

C. The Defendant, at around 14:35 on the same day, committed the crime against the victim Chungcheongbuk-do, Jincheon-gun, the Defendant stolen one straw fence, which is equivalent to 150,000 won in the market value of the victim Chungcheong-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-do, who is located therein, from G gas stations located in F. D.

At around 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim H, and at the same time, at the factory site in the same Gun I Industrial Complex, five telecommunications cables buried in the aggregate amounting to 50,000 won of the market value of the victim H being loaded around the construction site.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, and driving the said cargo within about 50 kilometers from around 12:40 of the same day to around 15:00 of the same day, from around 12:50 of the same day, from around 12:40 to around 15:00 of the same day, from around 50 kilometers-gu,
