Punishment of the crime

1. On June 19, 2019, at around 23:40 on June 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s demand to calculate the drinking value to “Ig and Dohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

At around 00:50 on June 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a demand from the above D to calculate the drinking value from F at the border of the Incheon Southern-dong Police Station E-gu, Incheon, and sent to the said F, without any justifiable reason for drunking, the Defendant expressed to the said F that “I kis, fched, fched, fched, and knife from the stairs,” and assaulted the said F on one hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes.

3. In the same date, time, place, and place as mentioned in the above two paragraphs, the Defendant insultingd the victim F by having the victim F “I am bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch.”

4. On October 20, 2019, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) filed a false report on a crime or accident not reported falsely to a public official, stating that “I will drink drugs, the same shall apply to eating narcotics,” even if there was no person who is engaged in narcotics,” on the street above D, even though there was no person who is in charge of narcotics.
