Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C are married couple who are living separately.

On September 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 101 Dong Dong 101 601 and 130,000 won of the market value, such as the repair of the crime prevention window, was damaged by destroying the crime prevention window (x 1m in width 90cm) of small door windows, which is a dangerous object in the surrounding area, in order to take the house where the victim is suffering from disturbance, and enter the house where the victim is located.
