From October 1, 2016 to July 17, 2017, the Defendant, while serving as the contact team leader at the pertinent company, did not pay 13,529,000 won in total of 12 retired workers within 14 days from the date of each retirement, as stated in the details of money and valuables in attached Table 2 in arrears, as well as 13,529,000 won in total of 12 retired workers, as stated in the details of money and valuables in attached Table 2 in arrears.

3. 2018 High Order 102 Defendant 102 employs 15 full-time workers from the trade name of H (ju) in Gyeongsung-gun G (Seoul).
