A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Jung-gu District Court.

On July 4, 2020, at around 01:25, the Defendant driven a Fuer-car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.164% while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 50 meters on the front roads of the Cju located in Dongdu-si B.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving under the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
