Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:00 on September 16, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant’s head by pushing the Defendant’s head on the face part of the victim C(45 tax) and Ticker’s vehicle operation.
