Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of BCos or automobiles.

On June 22, 2019, the Defendant driven the above vehicle as a business on June 22, 2019, while driving it in the direction of Hannam-ro 18 Hannam-ri, which is located in the same route as the Hannam-ri, the Defendant driven the said vehicle into three-lanes among three-lanes.

Since the driver of any motor vehicle was unable to properly operate the steering system, brakes, and other devices of the motor vehicle at night, the driver of any motor vehicle has a duty of care to drive the motor vehicle at a speed or in a manner that does not cause any danger and injury to others, depending on the traffic situation of the road and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle.
