On April 26, 2013, the Defendant received a notice of call-up for homeland reserve forces training in the name of the first unit commander of the Army 2089 unit 2089, which was conducted at the house of the Defendant located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government CAA 411, and on May 31, 2013 at the training site for the Seocho-gu Seocho Reserve Forces on May 31, 2013, but did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds.

Around 16:00 on June 7, 2013, the Defendant received a notice of convening a homeland reserve force training in the name of the first unit commander of the Army 2089 unit 2089, stating the Defendant’s house located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government CAA AA 411, and that he/she would receive a supplementary training (8 hours) conducted at the training site for the Seocho-gu Reserve Forces on June 21, 2013, but did not undergo the said training without justifiable grounds.

On June 17, 2013, the Defendant was issued a notice of convening the homeland reserve forces training in the name of the first unit commander of the Army No. 2089, stating that he/she would receive a carried-over supplementary training (six hours) carried-over from the above Defendant’s house on July 5, 2013 at the above training site on July 17, 2013, but did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds.

On July 1, 2013, around 15:00, the Defendant received a notice of call-up for homeland reserve forces training under the name of the first unit commander of the Army 2089, stating that the Defendant would undergo a basic supplementary training (8 hours) carried forward at the house of the Defendant located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government CA 411, and on July 11, 2013, the Defendant would receive a notice of call-up for homeland reserve forces training under the name of the 1st unit commander of the Army 2013

However, the defendant did not receive the above training without justifiable grounds.
