A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who has served as a temporary engineer at the Kimpo-si Management Office of Kimpo-si.
At around 16:30 on May 25, 2013, the Defendant repeatedly listened to the phrase “E” in the “E” in the same restaurant with the trade name “E” located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and the phrase “a contract is determined at the time of three months (temporary re-contract)” from the victim while drinking alcohol together with working expenses, such as the victim F (F(55) of the Management Director of the Management Office, one’s commercial company, the victim, etc., the Defendant followed: (a) the victim; (b) the width should not be melting with his employees and melting; and (c) the victim should not have the contract; and (d) the 500cc beer c beer c bed; and (d) the victim’s head and shoulder part, which is a dangerous thing, sent several times to the victim for approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
