1. The defendant shall provide the plaintiff with each real estate listed in paragraphs (2) and (3) of the attached Table among the real estate listed in the attached list.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is the birth together with the plaintiff's external village, C is the outer village of the plaintiff, the defendant's well-being, and the defendant's father and the plaintiff's mother's mother.

B. On September 26, 2017, the Defendant, while making a call with C, notified the account number of the new bank in the name of the Defendant, and thereafter, the Plaintiff’s wife D deposited KRW 50 million with the Defendant’s above new bank account.

C. On November 21, 2017, the Defendant, along with the Plaintiff and C, prepared each of the following descriptions (the copy shall be the same as the [Attachment], and the copy thereof shall be the same as the copy thereof; hereinafter “each of the instant notes”) on the paper on the top of the color as soon as possible, and the Defendant kept the original copy of the instant notes by affixing it a photograph.

“The (Amount: 5.5 million won) The preceding (former) owner B, as a result of trading the parcel number E (746 square) parcel number F (1017 square) with A, promises to move the two parcels to A promptly and accurately if the implementation is made by special laws, and if the implementation is made, he/she shall affix his/her signature and seal to comply with any legal measure on November 21, 2017: D resident number GHP, a signatory, at around 20:00 on November 21, 2017.

D. On June 11, 2018, the Defendant remitted KRW 56.4 million from its national bank account to C’s agricultural bank account, and C again remitted KRW 56.4 million to the Defendant’s national bank account on June 22, 2018.

E. Around October 4, 2018, the Defendant deposited KRW 55 million, stating that “The depositor deposited KRW 55 million with a national bank account under the name of the depositor, while the depositor made a receipt of the deposited money to the depositor on June 22, 2018.”

F. Meanwhile, the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) was cultivated by I, a five-year accommodation of the Defendant, but the Plaintiff was listed in the separate sheet among the instant real estate in 2018.
