A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million by the Suwon District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc., and on May 22, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years by imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court.

On October 31, 2014, at around 23:27, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a B-learning car at a distance of approximately 100 meters from the day 100 meters away from the right line area at the time of Suwon, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.142%.
