A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the following psychotropic drugs-related mailculpers (hereinafter referred to as “culphon”).

1. The Defendant, through “B”, intended to sell and purchase philophones in the form of a so-called “beon”, which is derived from finding philophones by printing information on the place where philophones are concealed, when he transfers philophones to an account known by the sales of philophones via “B.”

On May 18, 2018, the Defendant transferred KRW 400,000 to the bank account (F) in the name of the E at the new bank dong branch in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at around 21:04, from May 18, 2018, and purchased 0.5g of lophones from the 1st toilet door of the main complex building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

B. In such a way as above, the Defendant transferred 400,000 won-free passbook at the Dog-dong Branch of the said Do bank to the said Do bank account at the said Dog-dong branch of the said Do bank on May 30, 2018, and purchased 0.5g opphones from the inside of the fire hydrant of the non-building underground in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, the Defendant sought approximately 0.5g opphones.

C. On June 23, 2018, around 22:40:47, the Defendant transferred 400,000 won in the name of “M to the virtual account (K) in the name of “M” at the I branch of H Bank (K) located in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at the I branch of H Bank in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and purchased 0.5 g of opphones within the main complex building underground fire hydrant in Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

On June 30, 2018, around 03:42, the Defendant transferred KRW 500,000 to Q Q bank account (R) in the name of “S”, and purchased approximately 0.5g of philophonephones attached on the first floor toilet door of the main complex building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul.

The Defendant is in such a manner as above.
