1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 131 million per annum from May 11, 2003 to May 31, 2004, and 5% per annum from May 31, 2004.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On March 22, 2003, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the Defendant for the interior works located in CD and carried out construction works at a rate of 80%. The Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff the construction cost of KRW 130 million.

B. On August 27, 2004, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the claim for construction cost of KRW 2003Gahap1498, the Suwon District Court rendered a favorable judgment against the Plaintiff.

C. The Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the construction cost of KRW 130 million and the damages for delay.
