The accused shall publicly announce the summary of the judgment of innocence.

1. The summary of the facts charged is the employee of “E” of the manufacturer of the packaging paper located D at the time of Pakistan.

Around 14:00 on April 1, 2015, the Defendant visited the above factory with abnormal sound from the above machinery, and asked the victim F, who was repairing another machinery, to check and request the above machinery.

In such cases, the defendant who requests the inspection of machinery has a duty of care to prevent accidents by blocking all of the machinery, making the machinery not operated, or notifying the person who conducts the inspection of the machinery in advance to the effect that the whole of the machinery has not been cut off.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not block all the above machines, and did not warn the victim as to whether or not to block the electric power supply, and caused the damage to the victim by negligence that caused the victim to check the above machines, thereby operating the above machines to confirm the level of the above machines, and thereby making the loss of the victim's left hand knife into the equipment of the above machines, thereby causing the victim to be cut off.

2. The victim, while checking the abnormal sound from the compact presses connected to the E plant compressor, is recognized as having suffered cut cut in the course of confirming whether or not there is anything wrong upon the Defendant’s request.

The facts charged are that the victim's failure to notify the victim of whether all of the compact presses or whether all of them are connected is the defendant, and the victim was injured by this violation.
