A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million by the Jeonju District Court on October 16, 2019, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million on five occasions in total.
【Criminal Facts】
On March 16, 2020, from around 15:30 to 16:00 on March 16, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at the Jeondong-gu Police Station C police box located in Jeonjin-gu, Jeonjin-gu; (b) on the ground that he was punished as a case investigated by the victim D (Einam, 51) who is a police officer affiliated with him; and (c) on the ground that he was aware of the victim’s complaint; and (d) on the ground that he had avoided the victim’s occupation, the Defendant she sawd, “I am, path, path,” “I am,” “I am back, I am,” “I am son, I am,” and “I am, I am am, I am am slebling the victim’s spherb and spher, and am sphered the victim’s right hand by assaulting the victim’s right hand.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning public peace and maintenance of order, and at the same time injured the victim.
The defendant was indicted on April 27, 2020 with an injury, etc. to the Jeonju District Court and is currently pending in trial.

1.
