Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall not sell alcoholic beverages, which are drugs harmful to juveniles under the age of 19, to juveniles under the trade name of "D," from the Nam-gu C and the first floor of Incheon Metropolitan City.

Nevertheless, around 00:10 on May 6, 2013, the Defendant sold a total of 32,000 won of the market price, such as E (17 years of age), juvenile-based F (18 years of age) and so on, juvenile-based F (18 years of age).
