A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bone Star vehicles.

On November 24, 2014, at around 17:50, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with 0.144% of blood alcohol concentration, and led the Defendant to drive the said vehicle along two-lanes in front of the DNA frequency cluster in Gwangju Southern-gu C along the two-lanes.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the above business, sustained injury to the victim G, such as brain salvin in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, sustained injury to the victim M(34 years of age) who is the passenger of G, such as acute climatic salt, which requires medical treatment for about two weeks, sustained injury to the victim I such as climatic salt, which requires medical treatment for about two weeks to the victim I, n (n, 44 years of age), and O.
