On August 12, 2013, around 01:08, the Defendant driven Bone Star Motor Vehicle with approximately 30 meters of alcohol content at the public parking lot of the Goyang-dong Office of Education located in Goyang-si, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si and about 0.156% of alcohol content in front of the department store.
