【Criminal Facts】

At around 11:00 on June 19, 2012, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 239,598,000 in total on 333 occasions as indicated in the separate sheet of crime, from the point of time to February 17, 2013, at the victim E’s house located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, wherein the victim shouldered and intruded a small door window with a brick, and was under custody at the inside bank, and at the freezing room of the cooling house located in the inside bank, the Defendant stolen the property equivalent to KRW 2,30,000 (10%) of KRW 1,40,000 in total.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.
