Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On November 28, 2017, the Defendant paid 80,000 won to E, an employee, at a sexual traffic business establishment in Daegu-gu C and third floors, and caused the said E to engage in sexual traffic by having the said E perform the similarity behavior with the Defendant’s sexual flag in his/her hand.

B. On December 12, 2017, the Defendant paid 60,000 won to F, an employee, and had F said F take the Defendant’s sexual organ at his/her hand and engage in sexual intercourse.

C. On December 20, 2017, the Defendant paid 80,000 won to I who is an employee at a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “H” located in Daegu Suwon-gu G and the second floor, and caused the I to engage in sexual traffic by having I take the Defendant’s sexual organ on his/her hand and engage in similar intercourse.
